Shipping Processing Time

All orders placed before 23:00 are processed within 1 business day (1-2 hours). Orders are delivered during business hours, including weekends and holidays.

If you are receiving a large quantity of orders, orders may be delayed by a few hours. Please contact us immediately for your urgent needs. If there is a significant delay in assembling your order, we will contact you via password email or phone.

Please note that the delivery of orders placed outside working hours will be delayed to the next working day.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email will be distributed with your tracking numbers. Tracking number systems will be activated when entered.

Compensation

buylicensekey.net is not responsible for storing the information sent to the buyer for the placed order. Please make sure the correct address when ordering. In addition, the information regarding the order is confidential.

Return policy

We strive to offer you more, if you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to take the product back and refund you.

Purchased digital licenses can be returned if they are not in working order or if there is a problem in use. Otherwise, refund is not possible.
For problem period licenses, request it by sending an e-mail to your [email protected] e-mail address with your order number, including detailed referral reason and pictures or the product video you will receive with your reason. Your refund will be issued after your return is approved.
